The Oxfordshire Garden Tree Giveaway is OPEN!

We want to make Oxfordshire greener, so we’re giving away FREE trees for your garden. Trees that create homes for wildlife, give us more shade, clean the air plus that feel-good factor we all get out in nature.

🌳 How does it work?

You can request up to 2 trees. They are bare-root whips up to 90cm tall, suitable for small and medium-sized gardens, and carefully sourced from responsible nurseries.

Choose from spindle, wayfaring tree, guelder rose, crab apple, rowan (also known as mountain ash) and hazel.

You’ll be able to collect your trees between Thursday 27th November and Sunday 30th November. And you’ll also receive a handy tree-planting guide which tells you how to plant and look after your tree as it grows.

Reporting to the Managing Director the Office Manager will support the continued growth of this successful landscaping and garden maintenance company by ensuring all office, staff and customer processes deliver the best outcomes.

Key tasks include:

Responding to all enquiries
Client and supplier liaison
Keeping customer and project database updated
Quote and invoice administration
Scheduling tasks and resources
Overseeing and updating the Company’s procedures and policies to include all admin processes, Health & Safety and HR
Recruitment and HR administration
Supporting the MD in all areas of his work

You will need to be:
Highly organised
Able to prioritise and manage own workload
Flexible in adapting to changing priorities
Proactive
Customer focused
Experienced in using Microsoft office
Happy to work in office on own
Previous experience of using Xero and advantage but full training will be given

What we can offer you:
- 12-16 hours per week
- Flexibility around days and time
- per hour £15-£17 per hour or fixed salary of £30k-£32k per annum pro rated
