Some of the recent jobs -

- A BAXI 800 combi strip down service. This boiler had missed a few years of servicing. A good clean down, system filter cleaned and all checks carried out. Back running at its best.

- Correcting gas pipework and replacing a gas meter box. Now all correct to Gas Safe Regs. Wales and West Utilities were contacted on this occasion to replace the old rusted gas meter, anaconda and gas regulator.

- Renewing two outside taps and corrected the internal pipework to be corrected to water regs with internal double check valve and new stop c**k.

Called to a Worcester Junior Green star today after another engineer had been out a week before to "fix" it badly!
Identified several faults, and all showed to the customer. Replaced the left and right hand manifolds, auto air vent and the PRV as a precaution as it was all out. All back up and running with no more leaks.

Not posted for a long time. Here is a recent interesting emergency call out.

Two coffin cold water storage tanks had been drained by the pump faster than the mains could fill them.

After checking the mains supply pressure and confirming the flow rate was there, we could confirm the issues and rectify immediately. Two new ball valves and float balls installed and the DAB pump primed. Just managing to keep the restaurant open by return their normal water supplies in the nick of time.

🇬🇧 Gas customer let down by their service. This customer had waited 3 days with no hot water or central heating only to be told they wouldn't be there and didn't seem to care.

Customer called for help Sunday lunch time, all sorted before 15:30. Customer requested the old radiator be removed and capped off. System drained, rad removed, capped, system pressurised and bled. Less then an hr on site.

A bit of a late finish this evening. A new customer called reporting they had a severe water leak coming from their boiler.

Working over 2hrs away and I could only attend around 8pm. The customer was very happy with this as all the other local plumber were not able to attend today.

All fixed, back up and running within the hour. Thankfully we carry common parts that fail and were able to fix there and then 👍🏼
