Just a friendly reminder...

Whenever you have a new carpet fitted, ALWAYS keep the offcuts

This customer contacted me after having an accident with a hair dryer 😭

Luckily they had kept the offcuts and i was able to repair it, saving them alot of money on a full replacement 👌👌
