Buckshaw Village, Family Bathroom.

Time for an upgrade from the housebuilders spec for this lovely families bathroom.
As the kids are getting older the L shape bath and shower offer more practicality. An overflow filler instead of bath taps mean the ledge under the shower is easy to keep clean. 450x250 wall tiles and 600x300 floor tiles grouted in epoxy for easy maintenance. Downlights, extractor and illuminated mirror added.
Suite supplied by us, tiles supplied by the customer.

The Croft, Euxton - En-suite.

It was a pleasure to be involved with this whole house renovation especially with it being within walking distance.
Bringing the room into the 21st century meant removing the exisiting shower wall to open things up, moving the loo to the basin position and the basin to the bidets original space.
New lights, ceiling skimmed and undertile heating for a bit of extra luxury.
The tiles are 1200x600 grouted in easy clean epoxy from JoJa.uk.

Shaw Hill, Whittle le Woods.
It was nice to come back to these previous customers after completing their En-suite to refurbish the main bathroom.
This one was more in depth than most hence the photo dump.
No tile trims so mitred tiles all around, a floor level shower base, illuminated double niches, loo relocated, tiled in bath and wall mounted bath filler.

Buckshaw Village, En-suite.

As part of this full refurbishment the customer wanted a larger shower than the housebuilders original 760x760. Altering the back wall allowed me to fit a 1000x900 in with enough usable space for the basin and wc. Moving the pipework under the floor means the tray could go to floor level. Epoxy grout all around on this one along with a tanked shower area to prevent the issues you can see in the before pics caused by porous grout. I supplied the suite with the customer supplying the tiles.

Shower room - Longton, Preston.
Lots of work went into this one as the floor joists needed replacing due to being miles out of level. New ceiling and lights, 600x900 porcelain tiles on the walls and floor with a nice contrast main wall. Tiles from Euxton Tiles and Bathrooms with my trade discount and suite supplied by me.

Buckshaw Village, Family Bathroom.
This bathroom is mainly used by the teenagers in the house for showering. Bath removed and replaced with a larger shower enclosure, Walls tiled all around in 30x10 ceramic with contrast main wall, floor with 30x30 patterned ceramics. Basin with furniture for added storage, dual head shower. Tiles from Euxton Tiles and Bathrooms with my trade discount, suite supplied by myself.

Shaw Hill, Whittle-le-Woods - En suite.

A belter of a transformation on this large En-Suite for relations of a previous customer. The exisiting ceiling needed lowering to a more conventional height in order to hide the ugly remains of an old chimney. 60x60 porcelain all around with a feature tile on the basin wall, all grouted in epoxy.

Burscough - En Suite

Just to prove I can work more than 10 minutes from home. These customers are the parents of previous ones and wanted rid of the dated furniture and the shower tray lowering to floor level. 60x30 tiles on the walls and 120x60 on the floor supplied by customer. Epoxy grout all around, suite supplied by Berry bathrooms.
Special mention to my youngest for coming helping on half term, good job he did as I couldn't fit under the floor to retrieve a dropped pipe slice.
