Another happy client, rescued after vw ‘safe lock’ strikes again locking the client’s keys inside the vehicle. Van opened within 5mins of arrival and with zero damage caused to the lock due to the correct tools and method being used. Client now back on the road and happy with service provided.

Very happy client tonight!! Carpet fitter from Lymington stranded at castle point with keys locked in the back of van. Door picked open with no damage (except from clients failed attempts to open), key retrieved and client on his way home. Always happy to help and open doors when needed!!

Happy to say we can now complete more jobs on the day, without having to wait for stock to arrive on some obscure car key blanks as we can now make our own key blanks.

Another good for the soul job tonight. Helped the manager of local charity shop re enter the premises after being locked out by a fire door shutting behind them whilst taking the rubbish out at the end of the day. Only two minutes away from home, with the bill being footed by the volunteer manager, and only a 2min job. So felt charitable myself and offered a hefty discount due to the lovely reception I received on arrival, banter, others involved helping the manager (mobile, keys and coat locked in shop) and the situation.

Some nice jobs today. My level of job satisfaction is high. First job of the day was opening a medicine cabinet in a nursing home as the combination lock had failed. Was replaced with a new one with combination set for them. And finished the day by getting a client into their car after the battery went flat while they were on holiday, and lock not mechanical so not working. They had already tried the rac and another local auto locksmith that had no luck. After opening the car for them and then charging the battery and starting the car for them all was working as it should. So very good day!

New key for regular clients today, replacing broken key fob with new vw style key fob. 2013 polo tsi and a nice easy job to finish the day off.

An interesting night tonight. Client rescued from a 4th return journey on the Isle of Wight ferry, unfortunately my window to avoid a pleasure cruise was cut short. The clients car was opened as we set sail so enjoyed the view from the ferry to and from the island, and had a lovely conversation with the client before parting ways after docking.

Not a bad view from job, just waiting to do a tight time restricted job. Doing a lockout auto job on the Isle of Wight ferry, got 20mins from arrival till departure to get it open or client and I are off on a round trip to the island and back hahaha
