'I am not usually a person who leaves reviews as rarely do I receive great service but dealing with Cotswold Kitchen and Bathroom Solutions has been so refreshing from start to finish. I initially made contact via email and once contact was established things moved forward very quickly. I visited Andy in the showroom, he gave me samples, found the type and size of furniture I needed. My sink had fallen off the wall in the bathroom and smashed and I wanted to reuse my sink and tap on a new wall hung drawer unit with a new top. No problem said Andy, he gave me an idea of the cost of the unit, top and fitting there and then. He then visited my property to assess, all items ordered and fitted within the week. Dave and Paul came to fit everything and again nothing was too much trouble, they checked everything with me before proceeding, height of the unit, position of my sink and tap on the unit, came up with solutions to aesthetically improve everything. Dave even repaired my tap which unbeknown to all of us until fitting day had become damaged inside during the fall. I had visited 3 separate showrooms and contacted another 2 companies before finding Cotswold Kitchen and Bathroom Solutions. The other companies didn't necessarily have what I needed, no one took the time to sort out what top could go on the bathroom unit I chose. Many never came back to me and two of the bathroom suppliers didn't have the expertise to know how I could sort my situation as they only sold the bathrooms and had no fitting knowledge at all and it was up to me to find my own fitter, not helpful! Cotswold Kitchen and Bathroom Solutions are professional, polite, efficient, very knowledgeable and this applies to the whole team from start to finish. Thoroughly recommend.
