The owner removed the raised platform. I measured the floor joists and installed a shower tray that sits directly on the floor for a clean, level finish.

Work completed:
• New shower tray installed
• Two fixed glass panels fitted
• Tiled border finished
• Fully sealed with silicone

A full bathroom refresh completed for a rental unit. The owner requested a budget-friendly, essential repair and replacement service.

Work completed:
• Removed and replaced mouldy, unsafe floorboards
• Removed old tiles and installed new ones
• Removed and fitted a new bath
• Built the back wall out square to correct the curved structure
• Installed new shower, bath taps and bath waste
• Laid new vinyl flooring
• Fitted new skirting boards
• Reinstalled the toilet and curtain rail at the owner’s request
• Applied silicone to seal all edges

Painting and decorating were done by the owner.
