Drove past a couple of our projects today. Two different scale projects, with one objective; making the most of the sea views! 🌊🏖️

Slide 1 - This bungalow is currently in preparation for the first floor lift, with a proposed balcony to the front looking out to the seafront.

Slide 2 - This bungalow has undergone a loft conversion forming a new living area with balcony, again looking out to the seafront.

The Client originally only wanted to extend 4m. After a few concepts and discussions they have now decided to go 6m!!

The single storey rear extension will provide the family with a much needed area to entertain and socialise. Removing approximately 8m of the existing rear wall will most certainly create the space required by the Client.

The kitchen has gone from being one of the smallest rooms in the house to one of the largest!

Planning application submitted for this rear extension just before the Christmas break.

We’ve been assisting a fellow architectural practice on finalising a few details on this new development in Essex.

Planning permission granted for this single storey rear extension and replacement garage. Next up, prepare the technical drawings ready for the building works to commence in the new year.

Looking to help younger members of the family get their own space, have elder family closer to home?

This was the requirement from one of our Clients. A planning application has been submitted proposing a small bedsit which is separate to the main dwelling, but still accessible for those home cooked meals! 😂
