🤩 after some good weather we finally finished this lovely exterior in frinton this week 🤩

🟩 the lounge and hallway were plastered before we arrived so what did we do..? 🟩

🟩we applied a white wash/mist coat to the bare plaster

🟩we filled any areas where needed in the ceiling walls and woodwork

🟩we sanded down the ceiling walls and woodwork to a smooth finish ready for painting

🟩we then painted the ceilings with a further 2 coats of preferred paint

🟩colours used for the lounge were Farrow & Ball Cromarty and the chimney breast was Pigeon 👌🏼

🟩Colour used for the hallway walls Farrow & Ball Mizzle

⚪️All woodwork was dulux trade oil based satinwood⚪️

First job of the week was preparing and painting walls in the hallway and up the stairs
2 coats of Johnstones washable and durable emulsion and the job is done 🏡🖌️

durable paint is always best for high traffic areas such as hallways and kitchens 👍🏻

Removed the adhesive behind and skimmed the ceiling flat
Filled all cracks and imperfections where needed
