Busy one for us at the moment ....
Mean while just starting a extention in leeds with also internal renovation and configuration to be carried out ......😮‍💨🙉

We still managed to complete this front elevation of a property that we raked out and fully re pointed 👉 then we re painted all the window cills in black masonry paint for a fresh look 🧐👌

Another job completed 👏

So the customer wanted more space for their lovely new caravan to be parked on the drive, the only issue being the garage was too long🤔......

So we cut back the garage, formed a new stud wall and finished it with white shiplap cladding, and a new central white steel garage door 🚪

Also adding new white fascia boards and removing the old corrigated roof sheets, replacing this with a new EDPM rubber membrane roof and then finally adding new gutters and downpipes👏

We then continued and extended the old fence to match with the existing where the old garage use to be 👌

A recent job we have just completed for a repeat customer 👌 the old membrane under the flags had failed and cracked alongside the fall of the flags falling the wrong way and pooling, causing leaking of the patio into the garage below.

So we removed all the flags, added a new membrane under the flags, re laid all the flags with correct fall, hard pointed the flags , adding new lead flashing all around, and then sealing the new patio with water repellent sealant.

Another job finished , on to the next 🙌

Another job underway in Barnsley, full rake out of the brickwork and then re pointing, to be finished with a weather shield 🛡 finish to further protect the gable end in the future 👏 👍

Another job over the line in hanging heaton ...
Couple of defects rectified buy removing some of the corner section of stones from the house, re laying and dding ties, sections where we added heli bars and resin... also repointing all the effected smaller cracked areas .

Starting as we mean to go on this year busy as usual😪😆 another full house rake out and repointing job we have started for kirkleas council .... also multiple bricks to cut out and replace that have blown and guttering issues to address.

Well last job of the year coming to a end just leaving concrete drive to be laid monday, clean up then we are finished! This one was for Kirklees council, all flagging taken up and re laid. Old concrete drive taken up and new sub base!
Foundations dug for new retaining wall we have built.
