Relo Estate Agents will be hosting in partnership with BNI Cleethorpes Business Connections, Bridge McFarland Solicitors and Wilde and Wilde ltd in order to produce an entirely free event aimed at providing information and guidance around private property investment in North East Lincolnshire.
Specifically aimed around residential lets, this meeting will touch on a range of basic features and highlight the current situation in the local property and investment market.
Estate Agents, Lettings Agents, Solicitors and Financial Advisors will be on hand to talk about opportunities, pitfalls, common mistakes and new ways of evaluating opportunities that will be of particular use to those new to property investment or thinking of branching into a new area.
This will all be taking place on the evening of Monday 29th of January from 18:00 to 20:00 at the Enterprise Village, Prince Albert Gardens, Grimsby, DN31 3AT.
From 17:45 onwards just report to the large building marked Reception near the Café and you will be shown the way.
Ample parking and complementary tea/coffee will be available.
