Today we had the honour of being invited to the official opening of the new Trin Sports Centre.
This project began as a dream for Andy Cox over 7 years ago, when he wanted to provide a state of the art boxing gym and community centre, and today that dream was realised.

We began working with Andy and the team at the Trin in 2021 developing the concept for the building.

There were many hurdles to overcome but with Andy’s complete commitment to the Trin’s cause and dedication to the community, he was able to overcome them all.

It has truly been a privilege to work alongside someone so selfless in their work and inspiring to so many.

Last week, we visited a lovely little project nearing completion. The new dwelling was designed to replicate a traditional Gate House as the site is located on the entrance to a Grade II listed hall in the Lincolnshire Wolds.

Planning permission received for a contemporary replacement dwelling at the foot of the Lincolnshire Wolds. The family home will boast several sustainable features including green roofs.

Planning approval granted to extend a locally listed rectory in Lincolnshire.
Designed to be visually unobtrusive so the character and fabric of the rectory is retained and visible through the glazed structure.

We are excited to have obtained planning approval for a large extension to a local, family run garden centre.

The brief was to provide an extension to an existing garden centre facility that can accommodate 1,500m2 of additional sales area to allow the business to grow and fulfil a growing demand.

The form is driven by a sustainable design principles, natural cross ventilation and north light to provide balanced lighting inside the new garden centre to help reduce lighting requirements. It also includes rainwater harvesting and south facing roof pitches to maximise solar gains with a PV array.

We were approached two years ago to assist The Trin in producing a feasibility design for a state of the art boxing gym, sports and community gymnasium facility.

Their dream is moving a step closer to reality being awarded £2.6m from the Youth Investment Fund. We would like to congratulate Andy and the team on this fantastic achievement!

Planning is now submitted and we’re looking forward to getting this project built and serving the local community.
