Herbaceous beds with delphiniums, salvias, grasses, and another planted in hot reds and yellows with alstroemeria, Geum and sunflowers. A terrace with far-reaching views surrounded by lavender and a wildflower area with pathways, woodland walk, large fruit cage, apple orchard and vegetable garden.

From a derelict house and plot, the garden has evolved to provide space for living, working, exercising, cherishing plants and relaxing. With water, a large netted vegetable plot, apple orchard, wild patch, chicken accommodation and formal contemporary area, there is much to explore.

Each year, over 200,000 plants are produced in our on-site nursery before heading out to our three garden centres! 🌱

Unfortunately due to staff illness the restaurant is short staffed today. Please note there will be a reduced menu running (no burgers or omelettes) and service times maybe a bit slower than normal.

We will be serving our very popular roast dinners - today there is a choice of gammon or pork with all the trimmings.

Please be patient with the staff who are working as they will be doing their best and we thank you for your understanding.
