Enjoyed the beautiful sunshine today!

Gave a clients front lawn a cut and hedge a good trim, and also cut the lawn at the back. Then cut 12 inches off the height of the shrub to let in more light and air to the rear lawn to help dry the lawn out to hinder moss growth ready for treatments next time.

Feels great to freshen things up!

Had to purchase a new strimmer after mine sadly died and parts are no longer available.
So gave Garden Machinery Direct's website a look and this is the beast I've invested in.
The Stihl FS 94 R-CE is a sweet bit of kit.

Can't recommend them enough.
Bought online yesterday and delivered today.

Mow day today.

A couple of snaps from an elderly neighbours property.
Was time to give his lawns a much needed cut and edge up.

The back lawn was longer than the camera shows so first cut at full height then a second cut a notch lower to keep within the no more than a 1/3 off at a time rule of cutting.
The grass has plenty of blade left for photosynthesis 😀
