Today, our Wirral team took a moment to capture a stunning snapshot amidst the changing weather. They couldn’t resist showcasing our van and chipper in their prime glory! Featured in this photo is one of our new FORST chippers, donned in our custom black and grey colors, alongside our Izuzu Grafter, radiating elegance with its tailored grey finish.

This image prominently displays our logo, complete with the embedded poppy. You may wonder: why do we feature the poppy in our branding? The ArborForce Group is proudly led by three military directors, all of whom have served in the armed forces. The poppy symbolizes our respect for all service personnel, both active and veterans. Our name reflects our commitment to arboriculture (Arbor) and our military foundation (Force).

Today, our dedicated team has been actively engaged in essential tree care throughout Trafford Brough, working on behalf of Trafford Council to ensure that our local urban canopy remains healthy and well-maintained.

This project demanded a high level of arboricultural skill, particularly as many tasks involved intricate rigging techniques due to limbs extending over neighboring properties. Our team operated with precision and professionalism to minimize disruption and enhance the overall aesthetics and health of our urban forest.

Our crews have been out in Trafford carrying out essential arboricultural works to keep our urban forest healthy and safe. Today we completed a full removal of a large horse chestnut (Aesculus hippocastanum) after it was assessed as structurally unsound. The operation involved sectional dismantling, rigging and controlled lowering of all material to protect surrounding trees and ground flora. Arisings were processed on-site for chipping for biomass.

Thanks to the team for their safe, professional work — and to the community for their patience while we carried out this necessary maintenance to preserve our green spaces.
