It's been a busy few weeks. Decking completed and loads of lawn care. More cuts over the weekend and next week with some moss removal and renovation.

It's still the best example of spring renovation. A wee bit of TLC at the start of the season and the rest of the year it looks great.

Four years on from building the decking we were invited back to paint the fence, do some work on the lawn and wash down/oil the decking.

Firstly very happy customers and secondly a very happy Ross, the decking looks as good as the day it was built. J has done an incredible job with the fence. If I can find the before photos I'll add them in the comments.

It was low pressure washed, treated and then painted....its a lot of work but worth it to get it right.

We are not getting a lot of time to update the page at the moment but I'll get some more photos of the next few projects up soon.

As many of you might know Glasgow is bringing in a Low Emission Zone, sadly this now means we will be unable to carry out works within this city centre zone without increasing our fees within the L*Z area. As a small business it is really hard to absorb these fees. With vehicles that are exempt costing £40,000+ we just can't do it.

As an example, a pressure washed driveway at £100 would now be £130. And we think that's unfair.

Although we are all for a better environment and cleaner air, I'm not sure this is the way forward. An exemption for commercial vehicles or a limited trip voucher could have made the situation better for all.

Please sign the petition and share as much as possible. Hopefully GCC and the Scottish government find a better way of doing it.

Stop the unfair L*Z scheme in Glasgow and other Scottish cities!
