We are extremely happy for our client with their completed two-storey extension to accomodate a disabled-friendly bathroom and additional bedroom. We provided well-received design advice, planning and building regulation drawings detailing new external foul waste connections and structural supports. Our recommended builders 'Reagan Construction' did fantastic work providing daily attendance on-site and comfort to the client and their neighbours.

We are extremely happy for our client with their completed two-storey front extension comprising of a disabled-friendly bathroom and additional bedroom.

K & K provided well-received design advice, planning and building regulation drawings detailing new foul waste connections into the existing network, to the rear of the property, and structural supports.

We are delighted to receive news regarding the completion of our client's two-storey rear extension work. We hope they experienced a stress-free journey along the design and construction process and wish them many years in their beautiful expanded home.

The extension accommodates a new master bedroom with en-suite bathroom, extended kitchen, dining area and European laundry. The design process included stepped-foundation, foul drainage, structural support and surface water design.

We are delighted to announce we have recently been awarded to design a new residential dwelling with a large garage annex . Our tasks include providing a Construction Management Plan (CMP), main road site access, new house planning and building regulation applications.

To date, K&K has successfully acquired consent from Tendring District Council and Essex County Council for the CMP and site access which was well received by the client. We look forward to working with the client to complete the remainder of the project.
