An old conservatory was demolished and replaced with a full width extension built across the back of this bungalow in Tiptree, Essex. The new garden room extension links the living and kitchen/dining areas together. The aluminium bi-fold doors and flat roof lantern give the extension a light bright feel. Site visit to Halstead in Essex. This beautiful period property is being extended two storey to the side and single storey across the back. The old plastic windows have been replaced with sleek black aluminium frames and floor to ceiling heritage style aluminium doors open out onto the garden. Looking forward to seeing how this project develops. All design, planning and building regulation applications secured in house by our team. Contractor is Linear Carpentry Solutions

Building work is underway at this beautiful detached property in Tiptree, Essex. The front hallway extension featuring cat slide roof and oak framed porch is looking great. Work on the rear extension will begin soon. All design, planning and building regulation applications carried out and secured in house by The Owen Partnership. Contractor is Owens Construction Limited.

We extended and reconfigured the internal layout of this steel framed bungalow in Tolleshunt Knights to better suit our clients needs. Extension to the rear features a full height glazed wall with bi-folding doors, vaulted ceiling and open plan kitchen, dining and casual seating area.

Site visit - We designed a two storey side extension and rear single storey extension for this detached property in Tiptree plus remodelling of the exterior. The property has undergone a huge transformation and we are looking forward to revisiting once complete.

Single storey rear extension to an end of terrace Victorian property in Coggeshall, Essex. Our clients had a small uninspiring kitchen / diner which we turned into a utility and separate toilet and built a new 6m kitchen extension at the rear with vaulted ceiling and bi-folding doors opening out onto the garden. We have also designed and acquired the necessary approvals for a loft conversion which is being built at the moment. Photos to follow once complete.

It’s been a very busy start to 2021 with four building regulation application submissions and one planning approval secured for our clients. Here are a couple of the projects we have been working on.

- A detached 3 bay garage with self contained annexe at first floor in Great Horkesley
-A rear single storey kitchen extension, new front porch and internal alterations to a semi detached cottage in Tiptree.

We have also acquired 2 new projects this month one is extending this lovely detached Georgian period property in Tolleshunt D’Arcy.
