Full set of planning drawings completed for an existing garage conversion to a one bedroom annexe. Along with multiple preliminary options to run through as a family and best understand their needs.

Loft conversion drawings previously drafted to add a further two bedrooms within the existing roof space through the addition of a dormer to the rear of the property. Structural design undertaken by the wonderful Crucis Designs.

Here is just one example of a previous two storey side extension to an existing residential property. Planning and building regs drawings were produced as part of the significant work involved in this project as well as collaboration on structural design with local structural engineers Morgan Engineering Consultants.
