Sunshine forecast for the weekend - time to get back out into the garden! Being outside in nature is recognised as being good for both physical and mental health. National Neuro-Disabilities Day was on 6th June and it reminded us how some with neuro-diversity find holding scissors very challenging as illustrated in the following Amazon review of our Easi-Grip scissors:

"I have a 13 year old Autistic friend and he has never been able to cut out properly because he just couldn't bear having the loops of conventional scissors round his fingers.

I saw these when hunting up children's scissors for craft for him and his younger siblings, and, taking a chance, bought them for him. His initial response was, "Whatever are they!!!!" but a few minutes later, he had cut out a complex picture of a phoenix, the first time he has EVER been able to cut out!"

Omni cups are made from durable melamine this assistive cup is virtually unbreakable and cooler to the touch than a standard porcelain cup. Working perfectly with the Omni saucer with ingenious shaping so cup automatically centres in a stable position.
