We’re proud to share that Ross Street Mews, Belfast, designed for Radius Housing, has been shortlisted for not one but two categories at the 2025 Brick Development Association Awards:
Category 1 : Urban Regeneration
Category 2 : Housing Development (2-100 units)

Conceived as part of a broader strategy for inner-city revitalisation, Ross Street Mews delivers robust, brick-built housing that reinterprets the historic mews typology to create a sense of place, continuity, and community.

This recognition celebrates not only the material quality and spatial clarity of the design, but also the collaboration between client, architect, contractor, and community that shaped its delivery.

Our thanks to Radius Housing, Kelly Brothers, and the full consultant team whose commitment to design excellence and social impact made this project possible.

Studiorogers are delighted to announce that yesterday our project, Ross Street Mews, won the RTPI Northern Ireland Planning Excellence Award in the 'Excellence in Planning for Communities – Small Communities (under 50 units)' category.

A huge thank you to RTPI for hosting this award and for the kind words of the Judging Panel. A special mention to Radius Housing Association and Gravis Planning for their collaboration with us in this project.

This recognition is a testament to what thoughtful, community-focused design and teamwork can achieve.

Unlocking the potential of design with precision and innovation!

At Studiorogers, we leverage 3D modelling and visualization software to empower our clients with a spectrum of material and finish options.

We are in process of selecting wall colours for a master suite in an extension to a two-story dwelling, characterised by the marriage of simple vernacular forms and modern simplicity.

We are proud to have designed this new development for the area, and look forward to seeing it come to life ✨

Construction work is progressing well at our Parkview, Ballymoney development, the first of the timber frame kits have just arrived onsite and our Developer 'MJ McBride' has been working hard on site at erecting them before the bad weather is upon us.

Once completed this new development will provide 48 new social housing homes, with a mix of 1 & 2 bedroom (general needs) apartments, 2 bedroom (CAT1, Over 55's) Apartments, 2 & 3 bedroom (general needs) houses and a number of specially designed wheelchair properties.

We anticipate completion of these new properties to take place before the end of May 2025.
