Recent long term project completed. Ground floor Bedroom penetrating damp rectified by correcting a rainwater drain issue externally. Walls damp injected and membrane installed, boarded and skimmed. Fireplace vent created for airflow. Hallway/Dining room and kitchen treated for rising damp using same method and boarded/skimmed. Lath and plaster kitchen ceiling replaced following a shower leak above. Smaller areas in hallway treated with brick salt inhibitor, sand and cement rendered with a waterproofer and skimmed.
