Here's another kitchen renovation that we're starting today for a returning customer!

The customer has already removed the old kitchen and stripped all of the wallpaper, so we're able to get straight on with the first fix plumbing today, followed by the first fix electrics tomorrow.

Plastering is booked in for Wednesday and Thursday, which will leave everything ready for the customer to paint next week. Once that's completed, we'll be back to fit the new kitchen in the week commencing 6th July.

Another kitchen renovation well underway! 🔨🏡

We've removed the chimney breast from top to bottom, completed the first fix electrics and first fix plumbing, and relocated the boiler from one wall to the other.

The plasterers are making a start today, and the transformation is really beginning to take shape.

Another chimney successfully removed for one of our returning customers.

We started by erecting a tower scaffold to ensure the work could be carried out safely. The chimney was then carefully dismantled brick by brick to avoid any damage to the roof below.

Once the chimney had been removed, we installed new roofing felt and battens before tiling over the area using reclaimed tiles supplied by the customer, helping to blend the repair in with the existing roof.

Despite the rain, the lads were flat out last week carrying out this full roof renovation in Biddulph

We stripped all the old roof tiles, removed the worn felt and laths, cleared everything into skips, and then fitted new premium breathable felt, fresh treated laths, and brand new smooth brown interlocking concrete roof tiles — giving this property a complete new lease of life.

And we’re not stopping there…

Next up, we’ll be grinding out and repointing the chimney, fitting new capping, renewing the lead work, and completely replacing the old soffit, fascia, and guttering with brand new white fascia and soffit, finished with sleek black guttering for a sharp modern finish.

A huge transformation already underway, with plenty more to come.
