Another transformation in .
This garden was totally unusable most of the year for this family due very poor drainage and appalling clay ground.
Although not one of the most glamorous transformations, it was a pleasure to make the space usable for this young family.

✔️ 80mm land drainage installed in Herringbone layout and terminated into surface drain

✔️ large play area for trampoline and climbing frame created. Dig out lined and backfilled with 150mm playbark. 12m3 in total.

✔️ Remaining ground rotivated, 5 tonne of sharp sand added to improve soil structure and drainage and 50m2 of turf laid

✔️ All paving relaid and tidied up.

✔️ Incised 4inch timber posts, 4x2 rails, 6x2 gravel board. Clad with 6ft featheredge and 4x1 Capping to finish

✔️ Matching close board gate made and fitted on site

✔️ Concrete slotted post, gravel board and 5ft heavy duty waney lap panels installed

This is our biggest job to date and was challenging, bit a great result achieved. A lovely space for the family to enjoy for years to come!

✔️ Block retaing wall built around garden including steps. 15t loam soil brought in to bring up levels

✔️ Land drainage installed on lawn area. Aco channel drain installed along house and garage walls. All terminated into surface water drain.

✔️ 120mm mot subbase including heavy duty membrane installed

✔️ 130m2 Neilson Perla 600 x 900 porcelain tiles laid to create patio and wrap around paths. Including 2 small recess trays. Laid on full contact Mortar bed and slurry primed.

✔️ Block walls tanked and Capped with matching porcelain coping and glad eith quartz split face stone cladding. Finished with black ice stone

✔️ 110m2 turf laid

✔️ Bin store built

All materials and spoil through the house as no external access. Not the easiest of jobs for that reason, but we got it done!
A garden to be enjoyed for many years to come and all on one level. Much easier for our elderly customer.

✔️ 15 tonne hand dug out and shifted

✔️ 100mm mot subbase and heavy-duty membrane installed

✔️ Manhole cover lowered and recess tray installed

✔️ Aco channel drain installed

✔️ 50m2 Autumn brown indian sandstone laid in linear pattern and jointed with pointfix resin compound. Edged with 200x100 cobbles

✔️ Timber edging installed around planting areas.

Some of our regular followers may recognise this garden from last year when we installed the screening.
We really enjoyed putting this together, bringing our customers vision to life. All complete and ready for them to enjoy in the sun for many years to come.

✔️ Mot 120mm mot subbase laid including Terram membrane

✔️ Aco channel drain installed

✔️ 45sqm of Kandla grey Honed porcelain laid. Finished with Brazilian slate edgings

✔️ Patio grouted using Mapai light grey and Anthracite colour fast grout

Full patio overhaull, new stock fencing, Gate and stepping stone path completed in .
The existing patio was all over the place having only being laid on a sharp sand base.
Really enjoyed this one, the patio is now good for many years to come. Another job well done by team Huttons and very happy customers!

We are currently booking into September, avoid disappointment and get intouch to arrange a quote now.

Horizontal contempory screening completed in Congleton recently. This is a great way to transform the backdrop of your garden and hide ugly fences. Looking forward to returning to this customer in the coming months to install a porcelain patio. Another quality job completed and very happy customers 👌

✔️ 4x2 pressure treated timber frame installed, at 600mm centres. Black lightweight membrane added

✔️ Clad using 2x1 treated timber battons. All fixed in place using stainless steel fixings

✔️ Capped using 4x1 treated timbers.

Throwback to this little beauty in for some amazing customers. I've revisited this on a number of occasions and it still looks just as good!
I really enjoyed this build, and to see it still looking as good is amazing!
