🤩🌟We’ve done it again!🌟🤩

Totally transformed the downstairs of this property by adding a rear extension and knocking through the walls to create a large beautiful spacious kitchen diner.
The clients didn’t just want the norm but opted for a huge gable end window to maximise natural light.
The kitchen had a reconfiguration to incorporate a new breakfast bar but had to match the existing kitchen as if it had always been there.
The whole project was then finished off with herringbone lvt.
Lovely clients to work for and have achieved an amazing space.

We’ve not posted in a while as work load has been crazy.

🌟‼️Check out our big summer project completed in time for this lovely family to enjoy Christmas with family in their new kitchen diner.‼️🌟

We took a modest 3 bedroom property and turned it into a stunning 4 bedroom with a large open plan kitchen diner,downstairs toilet utility room and a master bedroom with an en-suite.

All our projects are completed with the highest attention to detail and signed off by building control.

‼️🌟🌟🌟🤩WOW🤩🌟🌟🌟‼️

Well our task on this one was to create a grand entrance to this beautiful stone bungalow and I’d say we have absolutely delivered!

This wasn’t just a path and a new door, it had to include future planning for wheelchair access.
We installed a new wide door and side panels to match, which we had to adjust the stone work to suit.
Then came the curved ramp which was a task in itself but the finished pictures speak for themselves! 🤩

Just the finishing touches to be added by the client to create their flowerbed.

Another garage conversion completed.

The layout of these houses make it perfect to knock through into the back of the garage and maintain the front half as a garage for storage.
On this one we added a new window and also a new internal door leading into the garage. The final results speak for itself no need to extend for more space. These are completed in as little as 3 weeks.

One of our projects over at brunton park getting close to completion.
keep your eyes peeled for the finished article.
This is a 2 story extension to the side and a single story along the back.
With the addition of this extension we have created a 4th large bedroom with en-suite and a huge kitchen diner along the rear aswell as a separate utility and a downstairs WC.
