Sunroom in Medomsley Consett started. Unfortunately we had some issues with hidden drainage in the ground, so we had to change the foundation to a raft to over come the problem. We have yet to come across an issue we cannot resolve, lost days due to the deviation have been zero as we have managed to keep the project moving despite the challenges we faced. Big milestone as concrete poured today, brick work starts tomorrow 😎💪🤩 foundations extensions rooms

Final phase at Witton le Wear has now started, the external landscaping! We have the retaining walls, coal shed and paving to do. It’s amazing to see how this project has developed. I have added the before photo to see how much this property and garden has actually changed since we started. Some statistics:- removal of about 200 cubic metres of earth to excavate the garden, 14 skips, 50 ton of concrete laid in all the foundations and floor slabs, 25 ton of random stone walling, 1.5 ton of plasterboards been used, the list just goes on 💪💪💪 it’s almost unrecognisable both on the inside and out, what an fantastic project to have worked on from start to finish 😍😍😍🤩🤩🤩
