Here’s a beautiful kitchen that I recently tiled, fitted architrave and skirting boards and built an electrical cupboard to hide her consumer unit and pipes.

The tiling included squaring up the wall around the hob as it was way out of square.

Lastly I fitted new sockets, fused spurs and light switch to give a classy look to the finished kitchen.

The customer is delighted with my work and is going to tell her friends - thank you JK of Lanesfield!

Here are the before and after images of a recent kitchen refurbishment.
Customer is delighted and has already booked me for more works!
Works included:
1) Removal of old kitchen
2) Fitting new electrical sockets
3) Re-siting fused spur for washing machine
4) Installing new fused spur for extractor fan
5) Removing old coving
6) Removing old skirting boards
7) Removing old tiles
8)Removing kitchen wallpaper
9) Re-plastered all walls and ceiling (by other trusted contractor)
10) Installed new kitchen units, cornice & under cupboard lights.
11) Installed new doors, including a lovely new sliding “Barn door”.
12) Installed new quartz worktops & sink (by other trusted contractor)
13) Tiled new window sill.
14) Installed new gas hob (by other trusted contractor)
15) Installed new flooring
16) Installed new lights
17) Installed new skirting boards
18) Plumbed in new sink & tap, including lowering the waste water connection.
19) Installed new oven.
20) Installed new extraction unit over hob.
21) Installed new coving.
22) Painted throughout.

Here’s a full hallway, staircase and landing transformation.
This lovely family asked me to create a modern, stylish look to their slightly dated & tired hallway.
So, I built the unit at the bottom of the stairs, then panelled, filled and sanded the panelling, filled numerous holes and damage in the walls, fitted a new smoke alarm, sanded down the stairs and painted throughout!
They are changing the radiator and putting a new cover on it as well!

Well I recently stripped out this bathroom & replaced with a new suite.
All walls had tiles, on top of panelling, on top of tiles!
The works included:
Strip out tiles, panelling and more tiles.
Remove and replace extractor fan
Remove and replace ceiling light
Remove existing electric shower
Install pipework for new mains fed shower.
Install new mirror and the electricity supply to it
Install new sub floor and flooring
Install new tiles, trim & grout
Install new vanity unit & taps
Install new towel radiator
Install new bath & taps
Install new shower
The customer is delighted with her new “zen” bathroom and listens to her music whilst relaxing in her new bath!

I recently assembled & built-in these wardrobes for a very grateful repeat customer.
I also laid the LVT flooring and levelled up the landing for them too!
NB: There are a few final touches to be completed yet, including some painting and finishing off the floor trim!

Just finished a complete bathroom refurbishment for some really lovely customers.
Here are the three before images along with the completed bathroom, the client has yet to decorate which wasn’t quoted for.

Works included:
Remove old shower, tray and controls.
Remove old towel radiator.
Remove old toilet.
Remove partially sunken bath & re-build floor to existing level.
Remove all old tiles and trims.
Fit underfloor heating.
For herringbone floor throughout.
Remove old cupboard to the left, re-routing all pipework.
Re-route pipework into walls for new towel radiator.
Fit new larger shower tray.
Tile shower area, creating a recess for showering accessories (This has a 5 degree slant to prevent water pooling!)
Fit new shower and controls.
Fit new shower screen & “Flipper” panel (This prevents water splashing out of the shower when in use!)
Fit new vanity unit.
Fit new composite downlights.
Fit two new extraction fans.
Fit new illuminated mirror, with de-mister and Bluetooth facility.
Tile whole bathroom to half height with brushed chrome trims throughout.
Fit new vanity unit.
Fit new bath.
Fit new toilet with soft close seat
Seal all walls to floor with gray silicone sealant.

Removal of an existing basic canopy & construction of a new one for this returning client.
In addition to the canopy, I installed new downlights to replace the original ones that had stopped working.
Weather played a part in this work, but I worked with it and delivered exactly what they expected.
