Join us for the next Cafe Run on Sunday, 5th July with Café Norah & NoraHome Cottingham.

In partnership with the lovely folks at Café Norah, we’ll meet at 8:15am outside the café for a warm up and head out in friendly, supported groups.

Choose from 1 to 6 miles run. There is also a walking group... all led by Fitmums & Friends leaders.

☕ Stay for a coffee and pastry, or brunch, afterwards – Café Norah are opening early just for us!
