It's not always bad news.
This lady left her bag on the bus on Saturday after a long shift at work. It had her driving licence, cards and keys. She called today to have the locks changed.
I asked her had she contacted Stagecoach and she said she had sent an email and they will reply in 48 hrs. Normal procedure I guess.
I recommended she call them and see if anybody or the bus driver had picked up her bag. Otherwise the locks would have have to be changed tonight. She didn't think it was worth it but I told her it was of the utmost urgency she do it and this is the result.
There are still good people in this world. That person has made this lady's day.

The Newcastle Locksmith attended an old building used as a church. The lock was embedded in the door and the puzzle had to be solved to remove the lock so it could be replaced.
After taking the locking system apart as you can see by the photo the little nugget was freed and a new lock was installed.
