A few weeks ago, we were asked to sort out a tired tiled floor. We removed the old ceramic tiles, applied a levelling compound, then laid Vinyl plank flooring. We used Livyn from Quickstep, gives a lovely warm, quiet, and totally waterproof surface. Great alternative to laminate.

I wish I’d kept the before picture! We rebuilt this porch for a customer in Earlsdon, Coventry. New composite door with side window, and a rubber roof across the neighbour’s porch as well. Really smart door.
