This was the last completed project just before the festive period 🎅🏼 somehow the before pictures are frustratingly nowhere to be found on my phone! But pleased to show you all another lovely finish on this large Hall,Stairs and Landing.✨ 🩶 Walls finished in Modern Emulsion after standard preparation and applying the mid tones undercoat. Downstairs skirting from teak wood brought into white to tie in with the rest of the woodwork, newly installed skirtings upstairs and all doors and architraves prepped and primed, then finished in including the radiator cover. 🚪 Interior of porch door prepped and re-finished with in Clear Matt

Little living room transformation…😍 old wallpaper stripped, ceiling and coving freshened up with Armstead contract Matt, walls prepped and finished with Dulux Diamond Matt (I can’t remember the shade 🤦🏼‍♀️) feature wall repapered and woodwork prepped and finished in Armstead QD Satin. 👌🏻 had Scott with me on this one so he was able to put up the new light fitting for the customer too ✨

Lots of big movement cracks in this property due to next doors development. There was evidence of condensation/ventilation issues in both the bedrooms so I recommended using on the ceiling after mist-coating and for the walls. Benefits include anti microbial properties which prevent Odour, Mould and mildew, moisture and stain resistance protection. Customer sourced the paint upon my recommendation so I’m unsure of the wall colour. Woodwork finished in .

A fair bit of preparation and remedial work needed in this room where panelling had been taken off the wall and new depth of skirtings fitted. All woodwork prepared and primed, finished in Eggshell in Edelweiss White. Walls and ceiling finished in Vinyl Matt also in Edelweiss White. 🤍new wooden flooring had also been installed so using the Q1 Pro Board was a must to ensure minimal dust and maximum protection for the floors.
