Patio near completion. After finding an issue with how the previous builder poured a concrete slab 75mm above DPC level we needed to come up with an idea to stop damp entering inside off the property . After conversations with architects and building control we agreed on a solution to resolve this issue . Black Jack and porcelain upstands around the building with 100mm aco preventing water from entering above damp . Finally allowing us to finish the porcelain patio to a much more eye pleasing finish . It’s all part of the job . Over coming problems with professional solutions .

Finishing off a garden retaining wall . This job was started by another builder . The wall was getting soaked by rain water going into the garden . We exposed behind the wall to add a dpm and land drain . Taking the rain water into an existing soak away . After sorting the issue we then added to the wall with pillars to match . Porcelain and blue brick tops . With a picket fence between to mirror the fence already around the garden area . Ready for render . Finishing this wall in a more aesthetically pleasing look to suit the property .

A corner shower cubicle we just refitted . We removed the plastic clad panels that had been fitted previously. Then retiled in a grey porcelain. Finished off with a black shower inclosure creating a more sleek appearance to this en-suite bathroom.
