COMPLETED PHOTOS:

Midland Home Solutions. Current project house renovation.
Complete strip back. A lot of existing walls removed to enable us to re design the layout to make the most of the space.
Extended bathroom.
New staircase to be made and installed.
New open plan kitchen and diner.
Create opening for bi fold doors at the rear of the property.
Garage conversion with shower room. Will include new opening from the house.
New central heating system installed with combi boiler now installed into the loft space.

House renovation in Eastern Green, Coventry.
Job spec: Completely strip back internals and create new layout.
Remove supporting walls to create new kitchen diner.
Convert existing garage into habitable living area.
Remove existing rear window and create new opening for bi fold doors.
Block up existing rear entries.
New external doors and windows.
New bathrooms and W.C.
Create new utility room.
Strip off existing PVC cladding at the front of the property then insulate and render.
Laminate flooring throughout ground floor.
New oak doors fitted throughout.
Supply and install new kitchen.
Re plumb and new central heating system.
Complete rewire of the property.

All completed within the time frame and on budget.

Midland Home Solutions. Project house renovation.
Created new downstairs shower room with new opening for a window. All bedrooms, hallways,living room re boarded and skimmed throughout.
New radiators installed in all rooms. All doors and frames removed with new frames and oak doors installed.
New oak bi fold door system created in living room.
New laminate installed throughout.
New anthracite grey doors and windows.
Soffits and gutterings replaced.
New small set of stairs created to make walk in wardrobe.

Midland Home Solutions. Project bathroom refurb.
We removed existing bathroom suite and extended the room by 1.2 metres to make extra room for large shower tray. Bathroom re plaster boarded and tiled floor to ceiling.
Underfloor heating system installed.
Apologies for no photos before we started work.

Midland Home Solutions. Project garage build.
8m x 6m garage build with Sedum roof system. Siberian oak cladding around external walls. New power supply installed for sockets and lighting. More pictures to follow upon completion.
Whilst we was on site customer also asked us to build a pergola with seating to look over his garden.

Kitchen project completed.
New kitchen installed with appliances and new laminate laid continuous through kitchen and living room.. Kitchen plastered and rewired.
