Knarly old cylinder put in by a knuckle dragging genius who didn’t consider that the element might need changing at some point 🤦 so new unvented energy efficient one coming with new enclosure made by Micheal Angelo himself James O’keeffee

Can’t be nice all the time, products of combustion can enter the room and it’s a kids bedroom, older than gods dog never fitted properly but have to at risk this one and turn it off!
On the plus side the tenants of 10 years long suffering will get a fully functioning Alpha ETec nx 25 combi with 10 years warranty and hive smart controls (there isn’t even a thermostat connected to existing) all for under £2k
Bargains to be had!!
Can’t complain at 10 years warranty on an installation under £2k this incudes power flush, new gas supply, scale inhibitor and magnetic system filter, shock arrester and new 22mm gas supply from the meter and some carpentry to make space for new position.

Nice repair on a cylinder that was made at the time of the arc of the covernent
Hiding in shame! Should be unvented swap but here to please so new immersion it is if I can get the dirty little sucker out😂
