Day 1 Mr & Mrs Spenser’s job went very well even if we do say so ourselves.Lets keep it up team

On this job we are removing 2 walls, putting in supporting steel to create an open plan living room, dining room and kitchen.

Knocking a new door way in to the garage, then converting the garage in to a new utility room.

Fitting a new kitchen and utility room.

Making the existing French door opening wider and fitting new black aluminium bifold doors along with removing the existing back door and fitting a black aluminium fixed window.

Building a new bespoke media unit in the living room.

New herringbone flooring throughout the downstairs with new finishings with full decoration.

What a beautiful weekend to sit outside enjoying your new deck.

We recently completed this stunning deck and balcony for a returning customer in Charlestown.

We replaced the old tired decking with new Millboard decking and the handrails with a white aluminium Trek system.Also built in lights on the stair risers and under the balcony.

We also built in a Trek rain water system all concealed under the balcony to collect and dispose of the water into the down pipe so no one gets soaked under the balcony when coming in and out of the front door.

Now it’s time to get the loungers out with a cold beverage and enjoy the sun ☀️☀️🕶️🕶️🔨🔨🧡🖤

It’s been a busy few weeks here at Law & Law.
As you can see we have been full steam a head with our development in n Crossgates.

Solums all in ☑️
Block and beam floor all laid with 86 beams and 1099 blocks☑️
75mm concrete screed on top of block and beam☑️

Now on to the start of this beautiful week, which has been very wet the last two days as we have erected the kit.

Trusses delivered first thing tomorrow morning and of course more pictures of progress will be posted very soon.

Well folks it’s that time of year again.Van absolutely cleaned inside and out and a nice bit of Christmas spirt added with some lighting and tinsel.Also means I get to play Christmas songs in the van and in the radio at work everyday 😂🎄🎅⛄️.

If you have been nice this year and have something like a new kitchen/barhroom or even an extension to your home on your list, tell the big man in the red suit to give us a shout and we will see what we can do for you 🎅🎄.

Check out this stunning bespoke wine rack made by the team last week.Making the perfect use to utilise this space under the stairs nicely lit up with an LED strip light.Just in time to be filled up with bottles for Christmas 🎄🎅🤶🍷

Here’s another beauty we completed a few weeks ago for lovely customers in Hill Of Beath.

We removed all existing doors and replaced them with nice new oak doors.

Then we removed the tired looking handrail, baserail, spindles and replaced them with nice new oak handrail and baserail with a nice touch of glass in between.

Then to tidy to up the underneath of the stairs we manufactured doors to create a nice storage underneath.

Finished off beautifully with nice decoration and new carpet.

Often here at Law & Law we get asked what do we actually do.The answer is simple really, we can build you a house from start to finish with every box ticked in between.We try to minimise the stress to our customers by organising everything from architect, structural engineer, planning application, building warrant and then through to completion with our trusted trades.
As you can see we had to get stuck in the last 9 days.So we pulled on our wellies and got our trowels out.Poured the foundations and got the brickwork up on this new build bungalow we are currently working on.as you can see it’s coming along nicely.🧡🖤

Good morning troops.

As you can things have been rather busy here at Law & Law.

On Saturday we started this massive dig out for our next project.

Keep your eyes peeled as we attempt to turn this massive plot of dirt into this beautiful 3 bedroom bungalow in Crossgates.

And just like that it’s Sunday.

The team hard at it again today.

A nice wee shift this morning installing these PVC windows and French doors in Crossgates.

We removed the old timber, single glazed door and windows and replaced them with anthracite PVC making this summerhouse warmer and more maintenance free.

Well after my wife and I welcoming our second daughter into the world and the other half of the team having a very well deserved holiday we are back at it.

Here is a little look at our latest extension we have been working on in Dalgety Bay.

We are about 2 weeks away from completing this project.After that we will share the fully completed job with you lovely people.

A recently completed roughcasting job completed n Hill Of Beath by the team.

Removed all existing boss roughcast then hit with Sika-wall base coat and white top coat, finished off with Tudor 80/20 white with black chips.

Gives this property a nice clean and sharp new look.
