Dear costumer
At this time of the year as the holidays approaches we are extremely busy in fact this week so far I’ve worked 75 hours and I still have the weekend to work I barley see my family so please be patient this so called “it’s only a wee job”approach is not a wer job to us it only take 15 mins no it won’t we need to leave a job gather up our tools 1/2 hour drive to your house 1/2 hour take tools out and prepare 1/2 hour do the so called 15 minute job as you said which is more like 2 1/2 hours gather up tools 1/2 hour drive back to the job you left 1/2 hour unpack the tools 1/2 hour unfortunately We don’t have 15 minutes to spare never mind 5 1/2 if we did we could spend time with our family so folks please be
patient we will get back to you
