I have attached a number of photos and drawings, from a recent build and site visit. A small extension but large enough to allow a larger dining room. More internal walls will be removed and doors created to allow a better circulation space.

A selection of working drawings for a client that wanted to build a single storey timber frame extension in his garden.
The detailed drawings showed the builder how construct the timber frame extension. And how to safely builder over a main drainage pipe below the extension foundations.
The selection of photos from a site visit. Show a garage conversation and extension to the rear of the garage. With a roof lantern to provide additional light. Garage conversions are a cost effective way to gain more house space.

Another project coming to an end. A loft conversion completed. And planning permission granted for an extension over the existing garage.
All within a small village in Northumberland.

Henry has recently helped us with design advice, drawing plans and submitting a building control application.
We were looking initially to move, but we decided to make some interior changes downstairs and also convert a garage into a playroom for our daughters.

I have attached a number of detailed drawings from a recent barn conversion and large extension.
