This coal shed/ external storage was wasted space...let me explain why at Chameleon we do things properly!🦎

The external opening was stitched out, dpc fitted and bricked up. Cavity Insulated and inside skin blocked. Then an opening was cut through Internally and a single leaf lintel Installed.
Dpm was then applied to the concrete substrate floor, insulation board fitted, followed by another layer of dpm and 60mm of screed.

Walls were then cleaned down to achieve full adherence of bonding compound, boards applied and levelled ready for plaster.

What once was a wasted space will now house the washing machine and dryer 🤯😏
