My last bespoke make of the year was this media unit. Sprayed finished by Lau’s Exquisite Finishes in a colour match to Farrow and Ball Inchyra Blue. Completed with LED backlights in the oak shelving.

Staircase refurbishment where I had to extend the newel posts so the handrails were in line with current height regulations. I supplied and fitted new soft wood primed base rails and spindles and fitted a solid oak hand rail and newel caps. Topcoat will be painted by the client.

Banquet seating made to fit around a column with a removable smaller seating section.

Made using white faced birch ply and Blum soft close hinges and ironmongery.

The long section of the seat has lift up lids to maximise storage space and the smaller section of the seat has a full depth pull out drawer.

Ready for the client to add their own seating cushions.

I manufactured a brand new curved headed door made from utile hardwood for a client in Horsham to replace his existing front door. I replaced the reeded glass so it was a true like for like of the original glass. This door was oversized and was over a meter wide. I replaced all the ironmongery and finished it using Sikkens dark oak wood stain.

The manufacturing of the door was carried out at my workshop which means it reduces noise, mess and avoids as much disruption as possible.

I had the privilege of designing and making this beautiful solid oak, open riser staircase to suit a newly open plan hallway, replacing a straight flight staircase. The client wanted to make the new staircase the focal point of the room. The staircase was finished with Polyx Osmo oil.

Under stair pullout units made from moisture resistant MDF with shaker style doors.

Exterior has a white sprayed finish and the interior has a varnished finish to seal the MDF which keeps the units protected especially from wet shoes/trainers.

Blum soft close under mount drawer runners were used along with satin black handles.
