Please note that all of our vans are signwritten, with name and phone number. Our staff wear uniform with logos for clear identification.
If someone arrives onsite in an unmarked vehicle in normal clothing IT IS NOT a Holdfast employee.
We have had a couple of reports of people being overcharged and had shoddy work from someone they thought was from Holdfast, when in fact they have nothing to do with us.
If in any doubt ring the shop on 01270 505902 for confirmation.
We do not advertise our services using mobile numbers, if you look us up on the internet and have a mobile number show up, that is not Holdfast. Always use our landline number 01270 505902 to contact us,

A strange glitch on our online job booking system, has resulted in all appointment details for Thursday 21st August being deleted, with no information left.
If you have a job booked in with us tomorrow please phone us on 01270 505902. Please note, it's only tomorrow where we have an issue, Friday and next week etc is fine.
Apologies to any of our customers who are affected by this.

The shop will be closed from 12.30 today, so we can celebrate Jordan's wedding with him and Ally, reaining closed on Saturday, reopening on Tuesday as normal.
