Last weeks job was a job that had no damp Proof down which caused mushrooms to grown underneath, this made the floor boards at timbers to rot
Everything ripped out, new treated timbers installed, damp Proof Membrane, moisture resistant boards and new laminate installed, another happy customer

Bathroom full transformation completed for a good customer of mine over in Normanton, carnt find pictures from before but internal wall knocked down, new stud wall installed, boxing in off lower pipe work additional shelf maintenance free cladding on walls and celling supplied by Trims Building Products Limited 👍 needed to cross batton the celling to install cladding floor get fitted tomorrow, all in all a good transformation

What a transformation on this property in old gas fire and surround removed by Alan Murray Electrics done by Martin not on Facebook plastering done by Gw plastering & the structural side of things done by me, if I carnt do it I get the correct trades in that can so dont worry about that everything is covered here at Jp property maintenance
Customer is over the moon after a few alterations and going back to in a couple of weeks to repaint the whole living room and add some storage under the stairs, love seeing something like this coming toghter, thank you to all involved couldn't of done it without you guys ❤️

Thats it for 10 days, off on family holiday to spend some quality time with them, I will respond to messages on here and WhatsApp when I have WiFi, phine calls won't be answered as costs a small fortune to answer the phone 🤣
