Well today was an adventure and a half! Ian was off but I thought we'd be fine. What could possibly go wrong? Except it turned out to be the busiest Saturday the dawn of time. Reuben, the Saturday lad, and Isla did really well but there was stuff that they didn't know and had to ask me and there were queues at points. I appreciate everyones patience as we had a lot to cope with and I think the customers realised what was going on. So thank you for that.
Anyway, do I need a drink this evening?
Handy that I found just the right amount in the trolley😁

It's great that the clothes bin gets used a lot. Unfortunately it regularly gets overfilled up before it's emptied. If you have to, please leave tied bin bags next to it so the stuff in them stays dry. Please don't launch shopping bags with glass jars in them over the fence so there's glass everywhere. If we have to keep clearing up stuff like that, the bin will have to go and everyone loses out

Got them in black, brown and grey

We often get asked about recommendations for people to do work and I'm always a bit hesitant. I've experienced people who say they'll show but then don't so I don't want to be person it comes back on for people to say 'yeah that person you recommended didn't show up' or whatever the case may be. Makes me feel bad

Couple of the furniture sets gone over the weekend with weather been so nice. This stupid thing still hanging about though and really need the room for some of the other sets
If it doesn't go soon, the thongs going on and going for the s*x appeal approach to retail🫣

Been a bloody warm day. Deciding what to wear tomorrow. Still think shorts and tee shirt may be too much tbh🥵

That's my good deed done for the day. Rescued a big fat bird that had got stuck in gap behind fence. Had to take the fence to bits but at least the pigeon got free

Just the day for the next batch of pergolas getting delivered. Been a few delays with them so haven't put them on before they actually landed on the doorstep.
