I always hate packing away the pop up plant stall at the end of the season so this year I have decided to stock it up with lots of shrubs and Salvias from my nursery (Rapkyns Nursery) which is between Mayfield and Heathfield in Street End Lane. See www.rapkynsnursery.co.uk for details.

I have masses of cake left and it's a beautiful day!

How about I throw open my garden gate once again today (Sunday 16th October) for anyone who missed The Secret Garden Event yesterday.

The stalls have all gone but bring a flask and enjoy the peace in my secret garden at the Pop Up Plant Stall at Swaylands Blackness Road Crowborough TN6 2LY. 1.30 til 4.30. Donation to Rotherfield St Martin welcome.

What a fantastic day we had at The Secret Garden Event yesterday raising £1120 for Rotherfield St Martin a local award winning charity whose aim is to combat loneliness and isolation in the elderly.

A huge thank you to all the customers and stall holders and a special thank you to Terrie Hepburn Holmes for helping me make it all happen. Well done!
