The Perfect Painting Company undertook the redecoration of this Arts and Crafts property in Forest Row, East Sussex.

The masonry was painted using silicate mineral paints. Unlike paints which merely form a skin on the surface these paints pe*****te and chemically bond with the substrate and become an integral part of the surface. An extremely durable, sustainable protective finish with high vapour permeability for the masonry.

The timbers were coated with a solvent borne translucent wood stain which resists UV light, surface mould and algae and is resistant to peeling and cracking.
