Customer had an issue with damp throughout the downstairs of the house, mainly coming through the floor.
So we stripped back floor coverings, sealed and primed the subfloor. We then latexed the floor throughout.
We then laid there new floor. Lvt clicking system followed by scotia to finish off the new look.
Since the completion of works, customer has noticed massive difference within there home and the damp has not returned.

The Customer wanted the floor to flow right through the house and into the conservatory. So for this to happen, we raised the level of the conservatory to match the ground floor of the house.

We then plied the whole of the ground floor of the house. Once plied we began to lay the three way patterned floor through out the ground floor. Finishing it off with skirting and trimmings.
