Hi all. With the nicer weather coming back, now is the ideal time to consider getting the moss off your roof. Moss acts as a sponge and holds the water on the roof, not allowing your roof to drain properly. In the winter it can also expand as it freezes causing roof tiles to crack and allow water ingression to your property.
At back to Basics, we scrape every tile individually with wire brushes, the way it should be done, repoint ridges and verges and replace any cracked tiles as we find them.
Great care is taken to get your roof and gutters working properly again.
Why wait till its too late.
