🏡 BEFORE ➡️ AFTER | STEVENSTON GARDEN TRANSFORMATION

Another full garden transformation recently completed by CLB&M Builders in Stevenston. 👷‍♂️🔥

This garden was completely stripped back, with the old artificial grass, paving and existing sub-base removed before rebuilding the area properly from the ground up.

The finished garden includes:

* 🤍 Large modern porcelain patio
* 🧱 Contrasting block border around the porcelain
* 🌱 Fresh new artificial grass
* 🚶 New porcelain pathway with matching block edging
* 💧 Falls and drainage taken into consideration
* 🚜 Full excavation, ground preparation and waste removal
* 🏡 A much cleaner, brighter and more usable outdoor space

🚧 Another Garden Transformation Completed by CLB&M Builders! 🌿

We recently completed a fantastic project involving 92m² of fresh premium turf and 55m² of Indian sandstone, giving this garden the finish it deserved.

Unfortunately, the patio had previously been installed incorrectly by another “builder.” The sandstone had been laid on a mix of loose sand and patches of cement, which led to movement and an unsafe finish.

✅ We lifted every slab.
✅ Removed the failed base.
✅ Installed a proper sub-base and solid foundation.
✅ Relayed all 55m² of Indian sandstone on a 50mm full mortar bed.
✅ Applied slurry primer to the back of every slab to ensure a strong, long-lasting bond.
✅ Finished the project with 92m² of beautifully laid fresh turf.

✅ Another Successful Transformation Completed in Banknock! ✅

This project involved lifting and relaying over 120m² of Indian sandstone paving after the installation had unfortunately been attempted twice previously without success.

Our team was brought in to put things right, ensuring the patio and steps were rebuilt to a much higher standard. We carefully lifted the existing sandstone, corrected the levels, improved drainage where required, and completely reworked the steps to make them both safe and visually appealing.

The end result is a quality finish that not only looks fantastic but will stand the test of time.
