A lot of people forget that tradesmen are just people. After the 11 hour day in your house, probably dropping costs to make sure the customer is happy. We go home. Lay in a scalding bath take ibuprofen then get an hour or two with family before we repeat. It's so amazingly lovely to get a message late on a Friday night like this. I'm very lucky to have amazing repeat customers. Mon the Scotland or whatever team you hold dear.
