Eventually getting this job finished.

Floors ground down to remove laitance & then primed half a dozen times as we had one half of the build a gypsum screed.

Full floor self leveled with Kelmore levelmore flex & fibre slc & then tiles stuck down with Kelmore semi rapid & standard set adhesive.

Grouted with ultra mid grey & finished with Mapei silver grey silicone.

Another happy customer & onto the next one.

Concrete was needing ground down 3-4mm in places as very soft.

Wonder how many would just have tiled it & I wonder how many know the proper preparation for the kitchen screed.
