✨ Garden Makeover Complete in Whiteley ✨

This recent project in Whiteley has transformed both the front and rear gardens into attractive, practical spaces ready to enjoy throughout the summer.

Led by Project Manager Emily, the team carried out a full garden tidy-up including clearance, pruning, selective replanting and top-dressing the borders with soil conditioner to give the planting a fresh boost. We also installed new lawns to both the front and rear gardens, creating a fresh green backdrop.

A new porcelain stepping stone path now leads to the outdoor bar cabin, while festoon lighting adds a warm, welcoming atmosphere once the sun goes down.

The result is a garden that looks fantastic during the day and even better at night. 🌿✨

🌿 Team Day Out at Chelsea 🌿
Toby and Sam headed to RHS Chelsea Flower Show last week for a well-earned day out (and a bit of “research” 👀).
Sunshine, incredible gardens, and plenty of inspiration from some of the best designers in the industry – not a bad way to spend a Friday.
A few things that caught their eye:
🌱 Relaxed, natural planting (less rigid, more wild)
💧 Water features everywhere – adding movement and calm
🌍 Sustainable, climate-friendly planting becoming the norm
Plus live music, great food, and a brilliant atmosphere across the whole site 🎺🌼
Safe to say they came back with plenty of ideas… and a few favourites we might just pinch for future projects.

A smart Porcelain Patio completed in Park Gate for Mr & Mrs Rix 🌿

We replaced the existing turf with Hammerstone Beige porcelain paving, creating a stylish, practical patio area leading into their garden bar. The existing timber step was removed and replaced with a full-width porcelain step to match the new patio, with decorative shingle added around the sides to keep everything neat and low maintenance.

This once blank plot is now a smart, usable family garden, completed in April 2026 by the Hambrooks Landscaping team.
The build includes curved Fossil Mint sandstone patios with brick edging, fresh lawn, raised sleeper vegetable beds, a natural water feature, and a full planting scheme which will develop over time to soften the space.
A great example of how thoughtful new build garden landscaping can add structure, character and everyday usability.
